Babysitter -- This young girl and her baby brother benefit from programs sponsored by KICOSHEP (Kibera Community Self-Help Project). KICOSHEP was one of the first organizations born in Kibera and concerns itself with empowerment of women, supporting and educating the slum children, HIV testing and counseling, and home-based care for the sick.
