Priestly Blessings -- Father Daniel Kiriti has many responsibilities as head of the Catholic Parish of Naivasha. They include heading Mji Wa Neema orphanage which is home to over 30 children orphaned by AIDS. He is pictured here with Tolea, a little girl left at birth by the parsonage fence in a paper bag. "What are our people coming to?" he asked me. He named her Tolea or "gift" in his tribal language. Her baptismal name is Mercy.
